What is your Return Policy?

We strive to provide you honest and amazing quality customer service, if for any reason you are not satisified with your purchase and would like to make a return, please email us at shop@readysetdrip.com from the email you placed your order with and include your order number and reason for return.  Please read our policies below prior to submitting your request.

Return Policies:

1. Returns may be accepted within 15 days of receipt. Note, for International Customers, returns may be accepted within 20 days however, you are responsible for the costs of sending items back to Readysetdrip using the originating address provided in the initial shipment.   

2. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached with the original invoice. Items are not marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in any way.  When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box or if the shoes have been worn outside. Unfortunately we cannot provide return shipping services except in the event of an order error on our part. 

3. Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment. The original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded. 

4. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer (minus original shipping charges, unless otherwise stated).

5. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 

Cancellations:

If you want to cancel your order please notify us ASAP. If the cancellation is requested before your order is dispatched we will issue a full refund upon your instructions. If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has dispatched we are unable to process this. If this is the case you can return your order using the return information above.

Are your items authentic?

Yes, our items are guaranteed to be authentic. We source our products from reputable suppliers and authorized distributors to ensure that you receive genuine and high-quality items when you make a purchase from us. If you ever have any concerns about the authenticity of a product, please reach out to our customer support, we will address it promptly.

Do you ship outside of the continental United States (Conus)?

Yes, we're excited to announce that we now offer delivery services to Canada, Mexico, select European countries and Asia*! We're thrilled to expand our reach and serve our valued customers globally. Please note that as a valued international customer, you may incur paying any applicable import fees, taxes, and customs duties determined on the destination country’s customs authorities upon acceptance of the shipment. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping fees. To estimate these charges, you can contact the customs authorities of the destination country. *We ship to most European Union countries and the United Kingdom. We also currently ship to Japan, China, South Korea, Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Taiwan. Please note, we plan on expand shipping to additional regions in the near future!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within three (3) business day after your place it.  When it has been boxed, and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive an email confirmation with that information, we utilize UPS ground shipping for Domestic US customers.  Domestic U.S. Customers typically receive their purchases within 2-6 business days after dispatch. For our global customers, we partnered with global logistic leader, DHL, offering delivery typically within 3-7 business days. However, the exact delivery time may vary based on the specific route and customs processing. We provide a tracking number provided by UPS and DHL to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the delivery time for your orders. 

Please note, delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number and your email address when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame. Please contact us for updates on fulfillment/shipping time estimates.

How to convert Women’s to Men’s Shoe sizing?

We clearly distinguish sizing for men and women footwear on our website however, sometimes manufacturers only produce certain design exclusively for men or women. A general rule of thumb is that men’s and women’s shoe sizes differ by about 1.5 -sizes (for example, a women’s size 8.5 would be equivalent to a men’s size 7). Show widths should be consistent across both women’s and men’s styles.
